@Get On My Level:

There are alternative summoner spells there for a reason.

And I don't understand what you mean by a second Madreds. I only have Bloodrazor listed under testing right now. Force of Nature is listed as a possible pick too.
Spirit Visage has been nerfed repeatedly, it's not really a strong item imo.

I was considering giving it a +1, but because you brought ignite over an escape mech, it almost ensures your death. Also, getting a madreds and Wriggle when you are supposedly tanking doesn't quite fit the criteria of the build. I'd replace the second Madreds not only situationally but always, for either a Warmog or Force of Nature depending on enemy champions. Or you could go for a Spirit Visage for CDR, HP, MR, and more Heal.

Yay, you took my Wit's End into consideration. Good build when you're team needs more tank and less DPS.

I say, this build does Warwick justice. First game with him using this guide, 8-3-11 :D

Though I found the Sunfire cape out of my preference, so I switched it with a Frozen Mallet.

You have my thanks <3

Finally got a chance to see your Warwick guide. I often play Wriggle Warwick, when my team needs a dedicated tank and not just a tanky DPS champion. You provide a fairly decent item build, however the fault I will point out is your lack of AS. For Warwick to tank effectively he needs AS to lifesteal from auto-attacks. Also, since you are being the dedicated tank you should have Aegis. Playing Warwick with Wriggle's means your are going to be the team's definite tank.

I also like to go with flat armor seals and flat MR glyphs on Warwick now, it's much better overall. Keeps you very safe in the jungle as you will always be near full health on your route.

When I build Wriggle's Tankwick here is my purchase order..

Cheap, yet effective.

^ Also, a tank is useless if he can't deal enough damage to make him worth focusing. I think this might be a problem with this build. (I'm going to try it tomorrow.)

I can see your reasoning for not taking Bloodrazor, but it does work particularly well if they have a beefy character such as Vladimir.

Hello!

It works...
your guide. I tried it and found it very successful... :)
I have had big problems later in game and this helped me. I also have noticed that I ALWAYS get the most "Damage Taken". More than the real tanks... So WHY NOT build Warwick as a tank?
It is very effective if you kind of complement the tank and also have other players with high damage.

Problems I found with this build is i feel warwick do things more slow, but hey, I survive anyway... :)

4 won in a row inspired by this build:

My tip would be... dont focus on upgreading razors yet.
Get banshee 1st than get bloodrazor when your farming abilities will be way higher.

@DEWO:

First, thank you for your input.

In regards to: MR runes and Spirit Visage .
I have already been working on those, sorry, I'm not completely devoted to LoL.
If only you showed up 15 minutes later.
If you'd refresh the page, you'll see I already reconciled both. I realized Spirit Visage is a very weak item, being worth only skimpy 1200 gold; I overlooked it because I never really had a game that lasted long after I acquired Sunfire Cape... (maybe I'm in low ELO >_>)
Although, I still enjoy its little benefits on good rolling games.

-Armor Pen runes Greater Mark of Desolation
No, thank you.
The AS is to synergize with his passive for both jungling, and in small team fights.
It's not life-steal, it's flat HP-return. So, AS would work better. Warwick's AS was nerfed recently, so I think he needs them even more now.
I will however say that either runes may be negligible, because I once accidently ran my Caster runes set up (Magic Pen marks), and still ate through the enemy no different then usual. :P

-Madred's Bloodrazor
My problem with this item is its price. It may be because of my own inexperience, but my farming is quite slow on Warwick. I tend to have half or less in creep kills as mid-game sets in.
With Wriggles , I always see myself getting Veil and Sunfire that much sooner, and sweeping through minion waves, improving my farming substantially, and doing overall better in games. The free-ward is also divine in how much gold it's probably saved me and how many ganks it afforded my teams.
Although, I haven't run Madred's on Warwick in a while. I'll give it a go this week and see what happens.

About marking Dragon on the map...
I'm sorry, that map's just a copy and paste pic from a guide I saw in Leaguecraft. I'll edit it in when I have time if you think its that important.

I know you wrote that Bloodrazor is an offensive item but. ANY warwick should have it.

If you want to play as an offtank i still suggest going for razor than just pure defensive items. It makes HUGE diference. I played him as a main tank even with only defensive items but every build should have bloodrazor. It should be just pssivly implemented in that champion.
Also i suggest taking ArP runes in Marks and Mres in glyphs for tankiness. Cooldowns are not that big of a deal if you play as an offtank, you will still get the blue buff now and than.
Just a thought, you implemented dragon killing in your desc but not on map.
Spirit Visage as last core item? It is a great item if you want to be tanky but as a last item, hmmm I suggest getting it way earlier. As a last item it's quite weak.

Anyway a very nice written guide for WW offtank. :) You get my +1 but think again about that razor :) best wishies with your build.
