How to win lane?

Step #1- FARM

After you farmed enough for your murananamana a and brutalizer try and QE combo when you can hit them and when they are close enough hit them with that 3 auto attacks(half life 3 confirmed), when they are low enough switch to hammer form turn your w on, jump with q, and finally end with e.
