Yeah, I need to buy some new runes. I just threw in what I currently have set. I need to save IP for a good setup.

I personally believe that should never build pure damage. This isn't because they don't work with him; it's because A) He doesn't especially need it and B) The Jungle is, despite Riot's claim to the contrary, not built for Carry Junglers. While several of your Items are good - , , and all work fairly well with him - I question items like and . Honestly, if he needed Health, he'd be better off with Items that give him more than just Health; I personally choose , for instance, because of the sticking power it gives him. And already clears fast with + , and if he needs to hit multiple targets in a teamfight, offers far more. Also, with the passive Attack Speed steroid he gets from , as well as that from , he would be better off with or .

I'm not saying your build won't work; maybe it does for you. But it's highly unconventional, and I guarantee that many will downvote it because they don't see it as viable. Personally, I have already given you my opinions, so voting means nothing. So I won't. Just food for thought, here.
