Hi guys today i am showing two builds on Wukong!
First one full DPS.
Second Tanky DPS.

So we start with the items!
First Doran's Blade for little more AD and Healt.
Second you buy Boots and two Health Potion
Third finis Berserker's Greaves.
Then lets start main item Last Whisper for some AD and Armor penetration!
After this you need Black Cleaver for more armor pen. and AD and for bonus some AS!
Then one very nice item Infinity Edge!
After Infinity Edge you buy some life steal so Bloodthirster is perfect.
And Finally you should sell Doran's Blade and buy Phantom Dancer

Core Build

Last Whisper Black Cleaver Infinity Edge Phantom Dancer

Runes

Greater Mark of Stenght
Greater Seal of Attack Speed
Greater Glyph of Health
Greater Quintessence of Desolation

Again Doran's Blade for first!
Then Mercury's Treads or Ninja Tabi depending on situation.
After that start Phage and make Frozen Mallet for Healt,AD,annd some CC.
So then you need Infinity Edge because it's Tanky/DPS!
Next comes the Trinity Force,start with Phage then Zeal and Sheen!
And then for some anty AD Thornmail
And for some anty AP Force of Nature!

Greater Mark of Desolation
Greater Seal of Armor
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
Greater Quintessence of Vitality
