Xayah is really powerful late game with the right items. What I'll recommend of you doing is be in the backline when there is a teamfight and try to pin down as much enemies as you can with your ult+e combo. She is fairly weak against mobile champions and of course any assasins. Remember Xayah was just released, I will keep on adding new stuff on here.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
REALLY good waveclear
Has form of cc
Scales really good late game
Her ult lets her be untargetable (take that assassins)
Good at geometry? Good at Xayah

Cons:
Have a semi good early game
Weak against early/mobile adc's
Vulernable after Featherstorm (R) and Bladecaller (E)

Farming

Don't be carried away. I personally also felt the sensation of just q'ing and harassing enemy through minions but that's not always the good choice. Sometimes I focused on harassing that I realized I was behind in CS. Focus on getting gold and harass at the same time. I would also not use Bladecaller (E) when I'm wave clearing because that's your only form of CC.
