Miss Fortune
She's high mobility and high damage. Farm under tower, and just don't stand directly behind minions so she can't get the q on you.

Introduction
This is the biggest controversy of all the guides I've seen. Every guide has a different item selection recommendation. I have tested a few different builds with Xayah, and have settled down with this one.
Essence Reaver helps a ton with staying in lane longer, since you are a bit of a mana hog.
Berserker's Greaves is the best choice for boots, since you need the attack speed to get those feathers out fast.
I prefer Runaan's Hurricane as a second item, because of how useful it is csing and dealing spread out damage. You could also go Phantom Dancer to nullify unit collision, or Rapid Fire Cannon to get a little more range for basic attacks.
After Runaan's, Infinity Edge is my go-to. Combined with ER and RH, at this point you have plenty of damage no matter how far down you are.
The rest of your build depends on their team. Guardian's Angel is a safe bet against most teams, or Mercurial's Scepter.

So what's so good about Xayah?
Pros:
Cons:
*Xayah's W gives increased movement speed if it hits an enemy champion. This gives more mobility for a brief period of time, but requires moving into potential danger areas.
Pros:
-
Huge mid/late game
Amazing wave clear
Good lockdown potential
Dope voice lines
Unique ADC play style.
Cons:
-
Very squishy
Low mobility*
Weak early game
Easy to get behind with, hard to catch up.
