There are so many problems with this.

Lets start with items that SHOULD NOT even be in there
- You should not be in range to utilize this item passive
- Your abilities are almost exclusively AOE, spellvamp is diminished
- You should not be in range to utilize this item passive
- Weak stats for it's price
- At first glance magic pen seems useful, but the stats it gives are sub-par and you don't have any DPS to sustain the burn
- Pathetic stats, useless passive, You should not be in range to utilize this item passive
