Few words about my way of play with Xin Zhao.
So, I'm using attack speed items with combination of attack power. And a little bit of HP that help me to survive.

After I used this build, and played few matches, here is what I managed to do with Xin.

these are the best spells that you can have as Xin.

Exhaust will help you with two things; first with slowing the enemy while you are running away from him, or when you are trying to catch him.
Flash will help you with few things; first with running away from enemy, and catching the enemy.

If you are lower then 12'th level you will not be able to use flash, so I recommend you to use and .

this is one more spell that can help you, rest of them I do not re command to use and why? Spells that heal you are no needed for Xin, get red buff, and you will not need to worry about health. Spell that revive mana is also no needed. For Xin, mana is no problem. I will not talk about every spell, all what you should know is, combine those 4 spells and you will ROCK!

Not much about runes. I put Greater Mark of Desolationx9, x9, x3 and x9.

Those runes will help you to become really fast DPSer. Other will give you pretty nice amount of armor penetration that is really useful for Xin Zhao and last Greater Glyph of Focus will be very useful in matches.

Also you can try to build Xin that will be able to do 10 hits in few second by stacking only attack speed runes.

So we will start match with two items: and .
Why those two items? Dagger will be used later for , and Health Potion will help you with staying alive for a while without getting back to base.

Next. is awesome weapon that will help you alot, you will be much more faster. Your attacks will be faster, and you will crite more often. Great weapon to start with. When you get some gold you need to upgrade your Zeal and prucade , and items that I stated before Phantom Dancer. You should buy only if you are in your base and you don't have enough gold for Phantom Dancer.

Same thing with if you are in base and you don't have 1350 gold, first buy and then Phage. Anyway Phage is great weapon because of two reason, first it will give you 225 hp what will help you in fights, and it will also give you 18 attack damage, and second reason, Phage has great passive, what is 25% chance on hit to reduce your target's Movement Speed by 30% for 2.5 seconds.

After few minutes when you earn enough gold you need to buy . It will give you much more hp, attack damage and of course better passive Physical attacks slow enemy's movement speed by 40% for 2.5 seconds(30% for ranged attacks).

After we buy those two items now it's time to get more attack speed and damage, and best way to complies that, is by purchased . That weapon is pretty expansive and while you farming gold for it, it would be great to purchased .

If you are playing against Rammus or some another tank you should buy that will give you +40% Armor Penetration and +40 Attack Damage.

And last items that you should have is , it will give you crit rating and awesome attack damage plus awesome passive Critical hits now deal 250% damage instead of 200%.

Few words about this rotation.
So with this rotation I kill my target in few second and I done nice damage to enemies around me. So here is how double kill should look like.

on caster then use + hit him few times and he will be dead. In case that he survives, you shoud use really fast and then with target another summoner activate + hit him few times and he is dead. You can also do triple kill same way but you need to have Health Potion or someone next to you who will help you a bit.
