I'm no pro, just a regular player like you. This is the build I use in games, and I think it does well. Look for a better guide if you don't know anything about anything.

Just my thoughts on a build. The core gives you 100% crit with the 5% from Runes, and it's the only thing I never change; all the rest is up to the game, so use your head. Up against a basic team, you should end with an armor item and a magic resist item. No glass cannons. Ever. You're not the ranged ad carry; you will get hit.

I'm assuming you can figure out how to last hit, and not get ganked, and use summoner spells.

Here are some tips i have picked up.

-Your ult is hard to master spam it when you think a knock up is inbound.

-Enemy's can see your Q tornado coming. Try to use your E to dash up and aoe your knock up.

-Always run around to charge up your passive.

-Be patient. It's not good to always go in first.

-This build is hi-burst, so if you can get your first attacks off on a squishy target, they should go down.
