Its more of a fun niche pick that does work decently well. I wouldn't take this always over shield bow builds but it does feel nice and gives a really strong off-meta feel for those who enjoy odd builds, champs in odd lanes, and over all off meta chad enjoyers. You have roam and early 1.33q trade potential earlier than normal so abuse that as much as possible. The damage is not insane but you're basically un killable in the towards your last few items especially with your blood thirster, gargoyales, and eclipse shield along with steraks.

Quick answer is yes of course. This build was made to work if you play correctly, technically you can make ALMOST any build work if you have enough ambition to master it. This one is alot simpler to play and definitely isn't that bad when it comes to games.
