Start with the warding totem , relic shield , 3 total biscuits of rejuvenation and one mana pot. At the first back buy sightstone and change your trinket . Your final build should consist of : boots of mobility , face of the mountain , ruby sightstone, locket of the iron solari, banshee's veil and frozen heart. With this build You are tanky enought and you have 40 % cdr which gives you hook every three seconds if you hit an opponent . Remember to use your locket of the iron solari in team fights to give your team extra barrier and use faceof the mountain to save your marksman if someone attacked him .
