i base my runes as with any AD champ around attack damage Armour and magic resist

my masteries are 21/9/0 basing my my offensive tree around attack damage armour penatration and some life steal my defense tree is based around magic resist armour health per lvl and straight up health

my items are all about Attack Damage... you got your infinity edge for crit strike aswell and your 3 sanguine blades for life steal >:} and then you have your ghost blade for the cooldown and armour pen

i get rake first and max it first get noxian diplomacy second and max it by lvl 13 and get cutthoat 3rd and max it last and of course takin point in your ult at lvl 6,11 and 16
