Qiyana's first attack or ability against an enemy champ deals 15-83 (depending on level) (+0.3 per bonus attack damage) (+30% of ability power) bonus physical damage. This effect cannot occur on the same target more than once every 25 seconds.

Royal Privilege's cooldown on all targets resets when she draws a new element.

Edge of Ixtal Qiyana's Q Ability

If Qiyana does not have an enchantment, she slashes, dealing 50 / 85 / 120 / 155 / 190 (+0.75 bonus attack damage) physical damage to enemies in a small area. If she does, this ability gains extra range and an additional effect based on the type of enchantment:

Ice Enchantment: Briefly roots, then slows by 20% for 1 second.
Rock Enchantment: Deals an additional 60% physical damage to units below 50% health.
Wild Enchantment: Leaves a trail that turns Qiyana invisible and grants 20% movement speed.
