Movement speed Singed is funny.
Get as much movement speed on
your rune page as possible.
Put a point in the right perk in
the masteries, so you can take revive,
to get a HUGE speed boost. Then also
take the speed masteries. Start
with boots and get boots of mobility
and also take ghost. On top of that,
have a Janna on your team. You. Will.
BE. THE. FASTESTS. EVER!!! If you
Die, then revive and use your ghost
plus ult. Hahaha xD!!!
Also get a shurelias and use the active,
plus have Jayce make you run through his
acceleration gate ^^.
