Thankfully, taking into account how the game roled - how Golem saved my *** 3 times early game thanks to it's stats, not really needing tenacity since they barely had any CC apart from Leona, Guise for MPen otherwise I'd have none and I was already snowballing - I hope my team mates don't feel insulted for how I played and how the game rolled. Hope some eyeballs were spared ^_^

1) The new passive sucks because Elise lets her spiderlings tank and just needs the %damage increase instead of the thornmail passive which afaik doesn't apply when she lets spiderlings tank the jungle
2) You're not stacking any health on elise nor are you a full tank champion
3) Tenacity got removed (rip)
Thus, you should always go Spectral Wraith.
Mobi boots aren't specifically bad although mercs are recommended for tenacity needs. Ionians are very useful as well to get a 2s stun every 6 seconds.
Haunting guise is no longer core for Elise, especially as you're supposed to build Spectral Wraith right now. Overall Elise doesn't benefit from spell pen as much anymore anyway because her base damages got nerfed a couple of patches ago.
Zhonya: It's OK overall but the AP is very mediocre. You're basically only buying it for the active. I would have gotten Frozen Heart for the CDR and armor as the enemy had 2 major autoattackers.
