Got off to a great start with a kill on Master Yi, a kill in Mid, and a kill in Top. Fizz was a monster in Mid outside of few ill conceived desciions. Bot lane was struggling though, but since we could delete Yasuo and Master Yi pretty quikcly that left Illaoi as the main threat. But between me, Garen, and Fizz we kept her from doing too much damage.
Spear of Shojin is broken on Jax. Wasn't a believer before this game, but as the song goes, "Now I am a Believer!". The problem is getting to it as Trinity Force is not cheap.
Mmm, Qiyana was trying to play this a game at a pace the rest of us were not ready for, so despite the fact that we racked up some kills and even got their outer towers down early, there was no plan to finish the game other than fight fight fight. They eventually got tanky enough that Qiyana couldn't kill them instantly and with her dead or getting us into scraps we couldn't get out of they eventually caught back up and were able to roll over us.
Kind of frustrating to watch it go down the tubes because no one is thinking.
I should also add that I'm not super comfortable playing full AP Gragas, so either I shouldn't do it or I should practice it more. I don't think I performed poorly on it this game. What happened was that because of the chaos, my Top and Mid laners basically abandoned their lanes so I ended up holding Top and Mid for a chunk of time during which I wasn't ensuring that we were focusing on objectives. As you can tell from Qiyana's farm, she was more concerned with farming champions, except that started backing firing when the enemy team was able to match her aggression or when she got overly aggressive.
And their team was better at front to back team fighting since they had tanks. And the thing that sucks is we had a good 1-3-1 comp, so if we had played the game out that way, with Qiyana and Gangplank in side lanes win this, since Caitlyn, Morgana, and Gragas have the tools to prevent being engaged on especially with Gangplank able to provide cover fire via his ult.
Didn't really like the enemy team comp, Kled, Katarina, Kayn, Braum, don't recall the support pick. Katarina mains tend to be one tricks or smurfs.
Akali 48% winrate. ADC looks like a Top lan main showing Lucian ADC and no games of Lucian. Thresh decent winrate but on a lost streak. Top laner was showing a champion they had no games on.
And I could't decide on an appropriate champion to deal with their composition. Needed some lock down CC such as Vi, but trying to do anything with Kled as a melee champion is dicey as it may just be what he needs to remount, so dodge.
Skipped to Silver 2. I'll take it. Would be nice to have two accounts at the same rank so I can switch between them when I need to dodge, of course it means I might have to get them both into Gold. Assuming that I manage it, it will be interesting to see which one I can get there first.
Also played some Flex queue on both accounts with friends, but IMO game quality has been pretty low with them either being clown fiestas or hard stomps (mostly my getting hard stomped). I think I'm like Bronze 3 on my alt account (currently, not sure I've played the full 10 games) and like Iron 3 on my main account.

Pantheon absolutely **** on Renekton. Bot lane got unrecoverably stomped as well and Annie and I didn't pick up the slack. Definitely became impossible when Renekton gave up his lane and AFKd in our jungle. They eventually found him and kill him there. At least AFK in the fountain so it shouldn't be possible for them to kill you until very late game when they have enough damage to wipe it before dying to the laser.
