Not sure about the warmog's. As far as NA junglers go, I really only saw Azingy building it constantly, and I'm not too sure about the reasoning behind it. If you want MR, I feel like visage/banshees are superior.

For the Warmog's Armor thing, Kobe was talking about it while he was casting and saying that (competitive) junglers have to sit on one defensive item for a while so sometimes they choose to get Warmog's early 'cause it's cheap. I still don't really know when and why to build it but that's what Kobe said anyway.
Edit: I saw it in a few games against a team with a Xerath so it's probably worth noting that it's extra effective against poke.

Sorry for my foolish question but y'll said if you play Kassadin top you need to be aggressive. Well, the question how? I mean most of the champions can easily outtrade you. I kinda like him at top and wanna use in ranked. When I hit level 6 it is a piece of cake but I just don't get the pre6 phase. What I do is get as many cs as I can with my Q and farm under tower with my W until my jungle shows up.

Well that's pretty much it pre-6 is man vs wild. But try to keep Q for opponent, especially magic one, cos it's pretty cheap, it protects you from harass and W gives you **** ton of mana back anyway
