All assassins are falling off with buff to heal even if ignite can be used against it now with nerfs the big thing is movement speed it gives on top champs that are already safe like nidalee, kayle, ori, ziggs these are all strong right now.
Games snowball alot less now thats another reasons they are weaker.

yeah Assassins are really starting to fall off, also Braum is really good peeling them off the ADC when they try to roam down, with the changes to heal and the inclusion of Braum Assassins are getting a lot weaker.
On a side Note I'm loving Braum support I think he is defiantly top tier support or at least high tier 2 I just wonder where Hex is going to place him once he updates the list.

I think Vap's success with Talon also has to do with people not playing him much, so they are less used to how to play against him. That being said, abuse the bastard so ADC's and APC's don't become complacent :P
Closing off the windows of opportunity to assassins isn't bugging me a lot though, they had their golden age so screw it.
