honestly stop trying to fix this guide system. it is unfixable.

Or, well, that's the impression that I get from the talk about guides that just keep refreshing themselves.
Scouts can remove the points they've given to guides. If the guide drops below a certain number of Scout points, it becomes unfeatured.
We should be implementing a -Scout feature soon which allows Scouts to counter Scout points on bad guides, which should be enough to prevent poor guides from being featured as long as enough Scouts recognize it.
