Theres still one thing that must be fixed:

Hextech Revolver is a gun, but doesn't shoot.
Bilgewater Cutlass is a sword and can shoot.

How bout Hextech Cutlass and Bilgewater Revolver? That works.

SKARNER BUFFS YAY. <3 JUNGLE SKARNER NEWW METAAA. I CAN SENSE IT.

Skarner's really gonna be a strong pick though. He himself already has amazing clearing speed. With that bit of a sustain buff he's gonna be godly. <3

Hmm, for spellvamp items:

Maybe make an Spellvamp item for Champs with AD. Like Talon, Riven, Lee Sin. Or even Caitlyn with her Q, Ezreal...
I think they deserve that item xD.
