I didn't bother reading his post entirely because he lost me at the build, but
Warwick is probably the easiest jungler for new players to play, he's got a pretty simple kit and playstyle, just farm till 6 then press R on someone and they day.
After that would be Rammus, just Q into a lane, press whatever button puncturing taunt is and ult, and they die.

Not sure how up to date it has to be.
Any S4 guide on jungling is good.
Mundo isn't much of a ganker from what I've seen and you definitely don't try and duel the enemy jungler.
You basically just farm until mid game and then run around being a nuisance.

Basically MOBAFire.
What NicknameMy said.
I'll just add that any info you gather on jungling atm is liable to change. I would give you the link to the lecture from the university guys, but their info is already outdated and Season 5 will make it completely worthless, so...
For now, don't completely trust any guide before 4.14 (8-13-14), because that was the last major patch for jungling with the
Maokai and
Rengar changes. Anything between then and now will more than likely be accurate and considerate of the current state of balance.

jungle is a really difficult role to learn for beginners mostly because a lot of it is knowing timings, routes, and just general game knowledge. You have to try and counter gank effectively which requires you to know enemy jungle routes and also wave manipulation, you also have to avoid wards, so it's a pretty huge task to know all these things. I would say watch streams of junglers. Don't watch someone like nightblue3 or trick2g play, I would probably watch someone like meteos. Meteos has an aggressive style, but he knows how to use minion waves to gank effectively, honestly I don't think there's a single jungler in NA or EU that does this even remotely as well as meteos. Oddone is decent to watch, I feel like he's more of an entertainer, but he's pretty good with jungle routes
assassins are pretty difficult too for beginners, a lot of it is learning champion limits, you not only have to know what are the limitations of your champion such as I can do "X damage in X seconds" but also how the enemy can avoid it. It also comes down to game knowledge because you have to understand when your aggression might be countered

Runes: AS marks, Armor/lvl seals, MR/lvl glpyhs, AS marks are best, but you can choose anything on him.
Masteries: Personal preference, 9/21/0 would be standard, 9/12/9 can be also good.

As a jungler, your goal is it to secure all objectives in the game, this includes your buffs, the enemy buffs, dragon and towers.
About getting buffs, you need basic knowledge about when the buffs spawn. A buff needs 5 minutes to spawn and most junglers clear both buffs in their first clear. Means, you know when the enemy buff will respawn. You can establish control of them by warding them shortly before they spawn, this makes it easier to contest them. Also, if you see the enemy jungler you should watch carefully from where he comes and which buffs he has, this tells you the jungle route he was going.
Dragon control is all about getting an advantage at the mid lane and bot lane. If your know your team is in the advantage (like, TP advantage top so you can 4vs5, the enemy lanes have to retreat, the enemy jungler ganks top), you can basically get a free dragon with your team. Same counts for Baron, but there you need an even bigger advantage and you don't want the enemy jungler nearby.
For towers, every time you get a succesfull gank and not near death, push that tower. Getting down towers means a gold and map advantage for your team.
For ganks, there are 2 ways you can do them:
1. Gank enemies that are overextended. Make sure you know where the enemy jungler is by warding in the paths you would think your enemy is. The stronger your jungler is at ganking, the less the enemy has to be overextended to be a successfull gank. Also, some champs are near ungankable, you need to know basically every champ in the game to be successfull.
2. Countergank the enemy jungler. If you see that one of your lanes is totally overextended, the enemy jungler might come to gank them. Use this as your advantage to countergank him and turn that gank into your favor. Again, vision control helps here a big amount. Also, if the enemy player is aggressive for no reason, big chance is there jungler is nearby to help.
Where to ward the enemy jungle? Think about that, which route would you take to gank someone and place your wards there. For this, items like
This video by stonewall also shows all ganking paths:
