Would be nice if his ult marked his target which would detonate after a few seconds and deal bonus damage based on the damage dealt during the mark's presence. Oh, wait...

I am playing Talon since his release, currently in Diamond IV, but after this patch I am not really sure if he will still be viable (what shall I play in that case?). Also I think they won't compensate it and he will end like LeBlanc..
Well, I have played just ~2-3 games with Talon and I'm in S5, so...
IMHO his CC was the only ability allowing him to burst or survive. He isn't Zed, he can't dash. To "try" to escape, he has to waste his ulti. Ok, it's still gap closer... Yeah, that's all. Late game, with full build, you shoul be either 100-0 or 0-100. Would that 15% make difference? Slighty,but... ;/
And if he became behind, he still had his utility. Silence. Now he have slow... No, that's not enough.

As necessary as it was, it's also gonna make him really week if they don't do anything to compensate (I'm going to pretend the 0.1 second slow doesn't exist). I posted this thread on reddit about what I think that compensation should be, which is basically that he should have beastly damage early-game considering his late-game is about to become ****. The way I think it should be done is that rather than buff his entire kit, they should make his E's damage amp be 15% from level 1, so that he's rewarded for actually playing like an assassin and going in on his enemies, rather than trying to poke away from a distance with superior damage.
Anyone else got any thoughts on this subject, Talon players or not? I always love a good ol' talon discussion.
