However it's not as broken as it's not effective against the majority of the champions. 1.2 seconds minimum is nothing to laugh at, especially considering he can combine it with his fear.[/quote]

They made him deal more damage in the lategame anyways IIRC and you're super squishy if you do try to assassinate someone, with no way of getting out again.[/quote]
