I was thinking of a yordle like Lulu.
Then with corkis passive.
Tryndameres ultimate.
Leonas Q.
Skarners W.
Leblancs E.

So to recap, this champion looks like lulu, does true damage, stuns, speeds it self up and shields its self, and shoots out a slow that snares THEN cannot die because of endless rage. Any thoughts people?
