Wow, neat! I think he was better as a non-ice champion though. But the ice makes sense for his slow etc, unless they change that. lol, could you imagine him turning the ground into ice so he can slide fast over it? Really cool concept, actually.
I mean the new one's cool and everything, but why saddle themselves with work on a subject that's still fine as it is when you got stuff that RLY needs some attention and visual upgrade...
Or is it that they plan to keep all the Beta Splash Art on those champs since they all are going to have a rework some time in the near future anyway?

theyre doing the trundle rework/upgrade because of the freljord stuff theyre also doing (Howling Abyss, Lissandra, Sejuani possibly being changed soon) like it wouldnt make sense if they were doing freljord stuff and then out of no where have a Sion part in the lore theyre doing

Yeah right.... that Karma(visual redesign) rework in there is totally Frejlord.
Not to mention that Trundle/Trolls weren't originally part of it.
So instead of doing things by geographical order, it's more like:
Riot Guy 1: "Dude we got some free time, what now?"
Riot Guy 2: "Oh well, let's do the usual!"
*The team starts an occult ritual to summon the dead*
-> *The ghost of Gary Gygax spawns and starts rolling the dice*
Gary: "Frejlord gets an overtake bonus this round against wild beast warriors!"
Gary: "And Supporters gain an additional Move!"
Not to mention that Trundle/Trolls weren't originally part of it.

also they changed trundle to be in Freljord because they said themselves that they have lore planned for him
anyways has anyone else noticed the mention of the Ice Witch in the lore that came with the Trundle update? probably another new champion thats planned to use black ice
