you only feel like that because you play support. play a role where you don't get carried by your team and the fun will come :P

I want to climb so I can vs higher level players and then in turn become one of those higher level players and so my ideas can get taken seriously and I don't get passed off as a kid trying to swim in the adults pool when I post in forums.
If I have helped in anyway at all a +rep will be appreciated lots

Thanks to LaCorpse, Hogopogo and JhoiJhoi for the amazing sigs
Short answer: Self worth. I want to prove to myself that I am good enough
Long answer:
I've never been good enough for a lot of things. I was always a last pick for teams during recess soccer or football. I felt I wasn't good enough for college so I joined the military. I was carried into honors going out of boot camp and wanted recognition for what I did, not what others did for me. I picked up Halo 3 and climbed the FFA ranked ladder. I made it to level 46 out 50 (probably Plat level) All my team rankings were lower 30s. I retired from competitive console gaming and casually played Modern Warfare 2. I prestiged 7 times and fell out of console gaming in favor of Starcraft 2. Made it to Gold in the standings but hovered near high Silver, often times going back.
I compete to try to get that fulfillment r I had back in Halo 3. It was no picnic but after working hard, studying the know hows of each map, and understanding and practicing the game mechanics, I made my goal of 45. I ****ing celebrated. It took me 2 years to get there. And I did explode much like you've seen me do in the past as well. The only reason I didn't go for 50 was because I ft I was t good enough to do so. I didn't want to risk another massive drop like what happened when I made 40 (I dropped straight to 34), 41 (dropped heavily again). When I hit 42 I promised myself I wouldn't drop below 40 again. I did. I did t take it very well. I broke a promise. I wasn't good enough to stay above a certain level.
That still stays with me. I can't seem to let it go and it keeps coming back. I'll do we'll enough to get a promotion series and the. Tank all the way down to 0LP. Then work my way back up. I'm scared that when I get to bronze 1 ill tank again and drop. But I want Silver enough to try.

There's a way to powerlevel accounts on Twisted Treeline in case you aren't aware. Search it on Youtube, you can level up an account to 30 in just 2 days or something if you buy an XP boost. Granted it will be a very boring 2 days, but still. :P
Aaah nice, gonna try this.

Doesn't work anymore. Takes a LOOOT longer.
I climb elo because I like comparing myself to others.
I also like being better than others, so I aim for the top.
But mostly because all my other friends are up here, and I don't want to be left out.
