I think that a nerf to TF would address the problem much better.

It is irrelevant how built you are. Her target-health-scaling abilities,
Ignite, and Deathfire Grasp get amplified by Diplomatic Immunity so that she can effectively deal 100% of the target's health AFTER magic resist calculations.Note: I might be off about her damage. It might only be 90% or so, since most people aren't 100% when Poppy charges in on them.
But, in practical combat, that discrepancy makes no difference.
So then Ap tristana is op also? Becouse she can do the same thing. And i wuld argue she got better early game?
