To be able to stream you'll need a lot of equipment to begin with, like a working setup that can handle both running the game and the stream software at a good level. Another recommendation is using a program that's good for making videos or doing streams, an example of that is OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), which helps you with setting up the stream. After that you'll also need other stuff like a microphone if you're preparing to have commentary or a facecam for well yeah "facecams", but if you're not planning on those then that's also fine. Streaming isn't as simple as just clicking "live" and thinking you're done, there are a lot of setting up beforehand to be able to do that, your first goal should be to get a good computer that can handle it, then worry about the rest.
