Also, if Cho doesn't level up Q first, the slow is pretty worthless.

This thread got derailed so hardcore.
My vote is with Moakai or Nasus.
Moakai because he has a supremely good set of tools (teleport stun, ranged harass/scout, area-wide damage reduction + burst attack, directed slow).
Really Moakai is just powerful period imo.
Nasus because Q is Q, self explanatory, which lets him buy every tanky item in the game and still two hit you if the game goes on long enough.
