A better option is [[liandry's torment]], which still gives you almost the same ability power and tankiness that Rylai's gives you, but you'll get the bonus use of it, because of your Lucent Singularity's slow and Light Binding's snare. I could list a bunch of other items good for Lux instead of the ones you chose, but I just wanted to offer those for now, along with my 2 cents on your build idea.[/quote]
