[/quote] I was able to fill a tear while jungling and in lane pretty quickly. Once you have a good amount of base mana, you can afford to spam [[Imbue]] and [[Shatter]] for funsies.[/quote]

Sheen-procing items are incredible on Taric, because he has the fourth highest base attack damage in the game.
