here's what you want to know. math says that if you get say a bv and zerker's as standard items, a pd, ie, trit force, and bloodthirster will give you the most damage you're going to get. i've done the math working on a currently archived for updating build, and so... trust me. most life stolen, best damage, good spell damage, good sustain.

So... Sivir makes use of the Mana, HP, MS, AS, AD and the Sheen proc... She also has some AP scaling on her Q...
How is that not a good item for her?

If im not mistakin, trinity force isnt an ap item (to me the little 25 ap doesnt make it an ap item), it is mainly used for the proc and for the other various stats, not for the ap.
