Well, it already did work in S2 and was used in this way by HotShotGG. Problem with your build is, it compeltly screws over tankyness to deal damage. The main focus of Bruiser'Gath is still tankyness and getting that early.
Yeah,
Zephyr is a nice option, but if you build
Trinity Force you also get with
Zeal way easier access to what you really want of it. Not only that, the MR of
Mercury's Treads compensates the loss of MR from
Twin Shadows compared to
Force of Nature.

If you don't get
Twin Shadows, how you want to be in the enemy face everytime, without the movement speed? And, as I said, I tested
Spirit Visage before, it didn't give enough mobility to fullfill this build. BTW:

0 deaths is not the only thing of this game. None of the top lane turrets did brake, I was the first one to destroy the enemy top inhibitor and I killed the enemy ADC first in nearly every teamfight. The powerspike I had while having
Twin Shadows and
Zeal was huge. I could even chase
Nidalee.
