Volibear one of strongest junglers?

If you compare Warmog's Armor(2.19g/hp) vs Deathcap(19.7g/ap), W has an equivilent AP ratio of 1.8 Basically, if you build a Warmog's Armor, it's an equivalent to building a deathcap at a 1.8 ap ratio interms of gold. AD only synergizes with W passive, and that's really low. He scales well with AP, Attack Speed, and Health. He scales REALLY well with health though.[/quote]
