League of Legends (LoL) Question: darius vs teemo

it's not so much the itemization that will cause you to beat him - rather, your ability to read him. If you can Apprehend him into melee range, you can punish him... like, REALLY hard. If you're level 6, it's quite likely you can 100-0 him.

The caveat, is that the converse applies as well - if you miss your Apprehend pull, then you are in for a world of pain.

Learn to read your opponents behavior, and you'll win lane vs teemo every time.

Cry until level 6, rush Hexdrinker, combo that tiny piece of ****.

Or you can try to level 1 kill him/push him out of lane. Just run straight to him when he goes for a minion, he won't be as fast yet. AA + Q (reset AA) + AA + Hemorrhage + Ignite is deadly. (<- best option)

As for your build, you can go tanky and still deal enough damage to kill him. One offensive item should be enough.
