So, awhile back, I asked if would be decent on . Unfortunately, I had people say that it wasn't a great idea to do so, and going for a standard adc build was better.

However, I still want to find a way to counteract Sivir's extreme mana hunger. Yes, there is but it doesn't return alot of mana unless you have quite a few items built. That, and since Sivir relies on her abilities to push, of which doesn't proc off of, it isn't that useful on her.

But what about ? The only two champions that really use this item are and , since they too are extremely mana hungry. But what about ? Yes, it would have to be rushed since it needs time to build into , but with it, at least come late game, could quite possibly be a force to be reckoned with (not to say that she isn't already).

Doesn't work on any ADC because it delays your power spike and makes your laning phase super terrible.

Not too sure about it.
doesn't have any great on-hit effect spells (besides her first hit of , which has as much range as an AA anyway) like 's .
Secondly, doesn't stack too efficiently like and can, her cooldowns are relatively high compared to these champs.
Lastly, from what I've experienced I'm mostly good on mana with just on her. also offers some lifesteal and CDR in one item which benefits very well, while / offers mana, an AD boost and a strong on-hit effect. doesn't benefit from on-hit effects too well and she'll miss out the lifesteal, which is a must on pretty much any ADC.

I'd say just get instead of , it synergizes her way better.

Just a note that if you do get enough peelage but you are getting bursted down you should go for . The shield can save your life and the lifesteal and attack damage it gives are probably better stats on than 's stats.

Interesting, I'll try it out someday against them. and are pretty popular picks at the moment, so it should be quite useful.

Well considering that you shouldn't be relying on 's damage after the mid game and that is actually pretty good with and 's passive I wouldn't consider it a bad choice ^^

Well on the self-peel part you are right but you aren't considering some situations. Let's say you are chased by and you could run away with a bit more movement speed (due to his jumps and stuff). Once you get a significant lead whilst running away from him he can't use his Q on you and reduce the distance. Also the self-peel works wonders against those who only have one jump engage ().

I can understand , but on is new for me. Wouldn't that gut her damage? And doesn't she already have a lot of self-peel with her passive + ult?

Well even then I'd say that would be situational :p

Against burst you'll take usually
When you need self-peel you take

If you don't need either, you can take :p

Ah, my bad. I meant to say that is the best item for her lifesteal item, it's true that and are far surperior as first big items right now. I was just comparing with .

I'd honestly say neither. It's much better to just go for and these days imo. also does need her items and 700g really does set her behind considering that it doesn't give you real combat stats.
