    Talon’s Ult

    When Talon uses his Ult, the blades converge onto his location after he becomes visible, though in some videos online I’ve seen that sometimes the blades will directly converge onto an enemy champion. What causes this to happen?

    The blades converge, onto his first location where he is visible to his enemies, so attacking them with any basic attack or ability should do the trick.

    When Talon press his ultimate Shadow Assault, the blades will converge into a circle around his location like you said. However, if Talon uses his Noxian Diplomacy, it'll force the blades to go onto the enemy target. Down below is a more accurate representation of such thing.

    Basic attack without Noxian Diplomacy will make the same affect.
