    Is Draven able to Top Lane? If he can, what are some items to build into to make him successful in the top lane?

    No, not really, he lacks of mobility and he's very support dependent. In most games.

    I don't think it would work that well. In some games, he might function as a good lane bully, but in most games, a jungler would just camp top lane and shut him down due to lack of mobility, squishiness and vulnerability to ganks/cc.

    He'll actually just lose to anyone with enough gap closers since he's squishy and relies on a single displacement spell and a small movement speed boost.
