"First of all you need to go into your Profile Settings -> Prime Settings. When you're there you should see a tab named "Stream Exposure". You're free to do what you like in that tab but the one button in there that needs to be turned on is the one that says "Show stream in guides&q"

zyra only deals Area Damage, not Damage over time so it won't count. There are plenty of other options you could pick from though. :)
