The faster you reach a certain level, the faster you can gank.
For some, level 2, Shaco being one - (before the current patch) if you start at red, and hit level2 for Deceive
For others, level4, usually enough to get 3 points in offense abilities and "

Ridiculous nuke potential, that ability does have. If you have 2k bonus health, it gets an extra 500 damage! That's a 700+ nuke on a non-ultimate ability! Only Nasus can do that, and only late late late game!!"

From an initial skim, I'd like to say that having some AD marks may be more effective for the early clearing speeds, as Armor Pen is ineffective against low armor creeps."

"A lot of people are disappointed because they didn't even know Sivir's Boomerang Blade diminished to 40% if tossed through a minion wave. lol
Ricochet might be costing too much mana as well.
But I hear it applies Sheen and TriForce procs on all bounces - Which is pretty sweet."
