"Whether you play Ezreal with Attack Damage (which I assume from "im still under 100 atk) or Ability Power, you should be able to find a lot of viable builds on MobaFire. Just look up the top Ezreal guides and see which items they use. The only other advice I can give you on such a broad quest"

"I LOVE this idea, the ghost treads are my personal favorite. As for the shroud, I think that 50 tenacity is WAY over the top though, as Merc Treads only give 35. I also think the Sending Wand would be almost required on some champions and useless on many others. May need to rework the active."
