Your ADC will suck and your jungler and Mid will think that ganking means showing their face in lane after running through a ward that you told them was there, doing a bit of damage, and then stealing all the lane farm before leaving without a kill or summoner blown.

It is okay though because you are there to keep your non-kiting, poor trading, and unable to position properly ADC in the game and even get them ahead.

You will set up picks for your carry and your jungler. You will make sure trades come out in your favor. You will zone the enemy and make them weep if they deign...

Tried some games last night running a 21-9-0 Olaf and going for a more damage oriented build when possible.

General

The biggest thing that is going to mess you up as Olaf is accidentally using Reckless Swing on an unintended target. When laning, you can alleviate this by practicing using the tilde key `/~ + E, which directs an ability to only target champions. However, I find the key placement a little awkward, so I may see about rebinding it to an alternative that is easier to reach.

In team fights where there are no minions are around you just have to be extra...

A little late to the party on this one, but I finally had an opportunity to play Sion again a couple of days ago.

It takes Sion a lot of mana to trade. He has difficulty with anyone that can shield or sustain through the damage he does.

The nerfs have made it harder for him to flat out dominate some of the lanes he could when he was still overtuned after his re-work.

His ultimate and other crowd control plus his ability to infinitely stack health and still do respectable damage make him a super tank that is just about always useful to have on your team assuming you need a...

I've been enjoying jungling with two champions, Amumu and Hecarim, that I used a bit in S3 and S4, but really haven't used much in S5 until recently.

They both share some key characteristics, which are 1) Team fight altering ultimates and 2) They do respectable damage even when they are somewhat behind in items.

I feel like Amumu has slightly better early ganks with Bandage Toss for a gap closer, but Hecarim has an advantage at getting around the map due to a number of factors A) I run movement speed quints on him B) You can pop Warpath after basing to get back into...

I randomly got Gnar in an ARAM and had a load of fun with him so I decided to start running him on the Rift.

I'll likely have more to say about Gnar as time goes on, but this is just my initial impression of the few match-ups that I have faced.

Akali - Not a fan of this match-up. At 21-9-0 with MR glyphs, she chunks you for a one bar of health every time she hits you with a Mark of the Assassin. And you definitely do not want to let her proc the mark. In the early lane you can kite her somewhat, but once she gets Shadow Dance forget about kiting. The lane isn't a...
