I like quite like this guide besides the Wit's End and Runaan's Hurricane. Granted I can see how useful they are from the points you made about the items I like to use Infinity Edge and Phantom Dancer in their place. The reason I say that is because yes Jinx has her attack speed buff from her minigun, but when you're in rocket mode because you need the range it helps to have the extra attack speed and extra crit damage. All in all very good guide.

Granted though I love the idea of triple rockets criting all day. So I can see the potential benefits hind it all.

I do agree with you on the first back Item. If you read the note I state: "If you can save to the B. F. Sword run that over Vampiric Scepter" You are correct, and I already stated this.

While Last Whisper outcompares Black Cleaver in most situations, Black Cleaver it's only by 10%. And while an ADC typically plays selfishly, I'm going to build to get the most out of on hit effects. As such, Black Cleaver giving those benefits to any other AD champion outweighs the 10% of Last Whisper. If you disagree or don't have another AD champ (which is highly unlikely, but possible) then by all means build Last Whisper. I will be correcting that section when I get the time.

Where you say I don't have the AD to trade with another champion is where I must refute. While I only build 155 bonus damage from items, you're not taking into consideration stacking splashes from Runaan's Hurricane. Because Fishbones, the Rocket Launcher's splash deals quote "Full damage to all enemies hit" and counts as an on hit effect, I'm effectively dealing my damage, plus 10%, times 3(for all Runaan's stacks), plus 2(10+50% AD from Runaan's base) as my total damage per hit. So that 155 bonus now becomes a massive 702 damage to whatever unfortunate target falls in range of all three splashes. And that's not including base attack damage, or the damage from Wit's End, or the passive from Blade of the Ruined King. So in reality very VERY few champions compare to the damage output.

I will try to explain you why your build is certainly awful even though I get the idea behind.
I'm not against theorycrafting but when doing it you should consider all the weaknesses the different builds and playstyles are causing (for instance cons would be "mid game damage" and "gold value"). Taking a look at your first back items you suggest spending 1800 gold into 10 AD, 25% AS, 8% LS and 45 movement speed. You can compare this to the 1550 gold investment in B. F. Sword (and I guess it's a thing even for you when having more gold but in case you have less Pickaxe or at least no upgraded boots are better) and you will see that not matter what you will get outdamaged in trades because additional movement speed in lane isn't necessary in many matchups plus raw AD being more suitable.
As an AD Carry you're allowed to play selfish because you are the one pushing down objectives and mostly having the highest damage output. I've experienced games without AD Carries getting worse and worse with the course of the game because there's no sustained ranged damage. Last Whisper is so much more effective considering you WANT to play selfish and there isn't always a team member benefitting from it. The best alternative built from The Brutalizer is Youmuu's Ghostblade, that's an arguably decent item.
You've to admit that there is clearly the issue of being able to trade with an enemy AD Carry building a curently meta-related strong build. An item such as Wit's End is probably underrated but as it seems underrated for a reason. Ofc, with the little amount of AD you're building crit items won't be worth it, that's true.

This is worthy of note, and I'll give it a try. I'm not so sure about replacing Essence Reaver though. The passive regen is needed really badly because you're throwing out 20-40 mana per shot with a rather high attack speed.

This is a great guide, I never thought of the infinite triple rockets from runann's hurricane. However, I don't think you should get Wit's End, since you are an ADC, and you are supposed to do more damage, not help your mid. I build this Jinx with Muramana replacing essence reaver to create a "blue" Jinx, kind of like blue Ezreal, and Yoummuu's for the even higher burst potential.
