I'd say Fizz changes are mixed and Kassadin change is a nerf...
Great patch, everything seems on point. The only thing that weirds me out is Garen early buffs, I thought he already was good early but falls off late?

PsiPsi - How am I going to nuke my opponent's ADC if my empowered Riftwalk stacks go down so quickly? ;D
If I helped you out, be sure to throw me a +Rep!

You could argue it's a bit of both (since both the mana cost and damage go up if he uses it multiple times in a short amount of time), but in most cases I feel the mana is more of a hindrance than the added damage is a benefit, if that makes sense. The fact that they mentioned facilitating earlier roams suggests Riot made the change while mainly looking at the "mana cost problem", too.
As far as Fizz is concerned, I stated that the change is a buff because (as part of the passive) it now always applies the %-of-missing-health damage instead of only when the ability is active (thus making the damage more reliable).
There were a few changes that were tough to call this time around though, that's for sure ._.

Yes, it gives you 5 seconds longer to deal more damage, right? Or am I seeing this completely wrong? o__0
It also deals more damage with more stacks. I'd suggest just using the sign for mixed :)

Hello and welcome to the MOBAFire Patch Summary - 5.7!
A short patch requires only a short summary, and a short summary requires only a short introduction, so we'll keep it short.* Today, we'll be looking at some of the changes made in this (once again) heavily champion-focused patch and take a peek at the set of upcoming skins, which includes Teemo's legendary skin. Let's get to it!

This patch didn't quite introduce as many champion changes as the previous two patches did, but there's still plenty to talk about.
For example, buffs to Bard should increase his laning and roaming, Darius' Noxian Guillotine refunding mana upon killing someone and its cooldown resetting entirely upon doing so at rank 3 should boost his late game, and a buff to Evelynn's Q damage should boost her combat power. As you can see from the table above, those aren't all buffs which were handed out in this patch, but since this wouldn't be a summary if we named them all we're shifting our focus to something else instead.
An interesting change which we feel is worth highlighting is the movement speed change to Blitzcrank's Overdrive: instead of gaining a flat, consistent buff for a certain duration, he will now gain a huge burst of movement speed upon activation, which will then decay over time and even go as far as to slow him for 1.5 seconds after the ability is over. This way, players who use this ability at the right moment will have an easier time catching an enemy out of position, while those who misuse it will be punished harder than before.
Finally, this patch also brings a couple of nerfs to strong champions, with Hecarim (health & mana regen toned down), Maokai (heal from passive at early ranks toned down) and Nidalee (base health & health gained per level toned down) being the victims this time around.
Upcoming Skins
As mentioned, the main eye-catcher here is Omega Squad Teemo , an upcoming legendary skin which was teased roughly two weeks ago. The expected cost of this skin is 1820 RP, while all other skins shown below will cost between 750 and 1350 RP upon release.
Remember, these skins will also create or become part of a group, so if you're a collector you might want to look into completing the following sets:
Share Your Thoughts!
There's not much more in this patch to talk about, but if you're still interested in viewing all the details, the full patch notes can be found here.
Now, as always, it's time for us to throw it back over to you. What are your thoughts on the changes in this patch? Does anything in particular stand out, or is anything missing? Also, are you interested in the upcoming (legendary) skins? Let us know in the comments below!
