amumu doesnt heal people or give people bonus stats like taric does, also amumus only real way to engage is a skillshot and tarics is a point and click stun(i assume theyre going to change it when they rework him anyways) plus tarics passive reduces his cooldowns meaning he can stun then slow/blind and probably stun again if the person isnt dead yet
