Those are the only two supports I consider banning. Annie's ban rates went up due to mid laners such as [[twisted fate]] and [[ahri]] becomming more popular. These champions are pretty weak against Annie, meaning she's a threat. As a support, she's not as strong as she was a few patches ago due to the AA range reduction. Lux's buffs from a few patches ago, the item changes (ap being cheaper) and less mobile midlaners with less outplay potential means she can farm, pick up a [[morellonomicon]] or something and then just start one-shotting people. Xin Zhao scales pretty well and is strong at all stages of the game. Someone like Lee Sin is really strong early game (stronger than Xin by far, but Xin's also strong early) but falls off a lot harder and his damage becomes pretty insignificant without 3 or 4 damage items. : I'm just generalizing things, I really don't want to go in-depth with this sort of stuff, I'm just trying to summarise it.
