Few different support mains I talked to have come to the consensus that Athene's is ****ing terrible LOL. Better than frozen heart is for cdr on squishy supports, but inferior to censer pretty clearly. Not sure if they will change opinion, it makes sense to me for now.
Your glyphs hardly matter lategame anyway. If you are going to go abyssal for MR though, you probably will want MR glyphs anyway. I really don't like how everyone saw faker didn't run MR and started running AP/CDR glyphs themselves. I'm well aware that there are many situations where they are more useful, but there isn't anything wrong with MR.
Karma is fine, I doubt she is even on riot's radar.
ADC mains are ****ing *****es, everyone complains how they can't 1v1 people but that isn't their ****ing job. Your job is to sit in the back and get focused in teamfights, and your job otherwise is to farm up in lane and break towers. If you are dying solo to tanks that are diving you that aren't super fed, it is just because you suck. If multiple people are diving you, just ask for some peel instead of *****ing about how broken maokai is.
I'm iffy about the CDR changes as well, although Ionians reducing SS cds for Teleport/Flash mages is always nice.
I talked to a few analysts/top laners about smite top. Most agree that it isn't worth losing flash most times. Nocturne/trundle/garen all need flash to function in top lane, idk why you picked those champs out specifically, they are awful examples. The few we talked about were Shyvana/Hecarim/Fizz, but cinderhulk isn't a HUGE upgrade over sunfire, and the build path is really awkward unless you can base with 1k and immediately pick up the smite upgrade, but even then, that means you need to base with at least 700 in the future for Bamis upgrade which is also annoying. There is no way bloodrazor is worth losing your flash. I'm aware you can stack it with blade, but it takes way too long. Not to mention gromp has been heavily nerfed from back when smite top was good. Its on my radar, but I doubt it'll see much, if any play.
Overcapping CDR is situational. If I need Abyssal/Morello and Ionians and I overcap because of it, oh well. Sure it isn't efficient, but if I need the items I need the items.

Is Taric still busted? Im actually having luck with him now that he isnt pick or ban every game.
How do you feel about the general theme of these mage changes being "nerf burst, promote DPS"?
Will they ever fix boot meta from swifties and CDR boots being top tier?
Have any champions that are not mages or supports indirectly been buffed or nerfed by this patch?
Do you still retain that fire/water dragon are far superior to the other two?

What is the ideal Mordekaiser build? I feel like he can adapt to whatever the team needs in a certain game. I am talking mainly in the jungle.
I've had a lot of success going for Enchantment: Cinderhulk into Trinity Force and the rest full tank. I have also had a lot of success with the Mage Enchantment and a Rylais and the rest tank. Thing is, despite the sucesesseful games I have no idea if I am building him correctly.
I do realise he is not the best jungler out there, I don't care, just need a straight path to follow at any given situation.

because it's inefficient? the goal in creating an ideal build is to utilize every stat effectively.
i mean if a certain build path is good enough we very well may see slightly overcapped cdr, but that's not to say that the best build paths WILL overcap CDR.
