General Description: A Champion that could possible be made to support and create shields for anti-cc, wouldn't be the best support,but a perfect counter to hard-cc teams
Justification: CC has always been a good counter to many teams, but there is only a few counters to that, why not create another one ? It would close one of the 5 or 3 spots on your team, but it would enable you to resist to CC

Name: Stealth Tank
General Description: A champion that could go stealth and use that to start a fight. Since he/she would be a tank, not a ton of damage would be dealt and people would not QQ so much about it.
Justification: Stealth, like ninjas, has been a untouched area by Riot. The most recent one isn't really stealth at all either(Nocturne). Many tanks are not able to initiate a fight well either. With stealth, a tank would be able to sneak up and start a fight right in the middle of the enemy. This would be a great start to a fight for any team. Stealth would have an indirect nerf because people would get Oracle Elixir and Vision Wards more often as well. This way, no one QQ about stealth champions being overpowered either.

General Description: A champion that can initiate effectively and can make the enemies focus him. Someone who can protect himself and others.
Justification: The last tank that was actually a "true tank" was Shen, that's it. Sure Rammus and Amumu can be just as good, but Shen has an AoE taunt, shield for himself and an ally, a way to be at an ally's aid whenever he wants, and a way to heal himself and others. What other tank in the game can do that? Rammus has a taunt, wow. Amumu has a stun and an AoE stun, not much better than Rammus. Shen is the only tank that is purely defensive. With him being banned all the time, we need someone else people can play to have fun with.

History is the fiction we invent to persuade ourselves that events are knowable and that life has order and direction. That's why events are always reinterpreted when values change. We need new versions of history to allow for our current prejudices.

Justification: I can't think of anyone with abilities like that. Sure, there is a Rammus with his "shield", and same thing with Annie. But that's not good enough. Their abilities are just a bonus, while whole champion built around this would be in my opinion very refreshing.

oh man, i really like the sound of this thread so far. have some really good ideas, the stealth tank probably being my favorite so far.

description: a spellcaster champion designed to have no ratios to skills, who has to rely on spell pen/cdr/mana and regen to keep up damage.
justification: it would feature semi-unique gameplay where you don't have to focus on a single stat like ap or mana for ryze to deal damage, it would be something unique to theorycraft with.
explanation: i like how ryze is a mage that doesnt need ap, but he still needs to stack mana to deal some damage. as a result of this he also ends up having some good resists, and i'd like one more glass cannony.

Description: utlity/tank champion who is built to create as much chaos and confusion as possible.
Justification: just an interesting concept.
Explanation: a tank who focuses on distracting his enemies and who has a lot of potential to do the unexpected. Your allies could make use of the chaos and take advantage of it as if it was the midst of battle. He could specialise in CC, Utility, Summons to become the center of attention and freak his opponents out. Excels in laning phase/jungling and teamfights, while total damage and solo/carry potential is miniscule.

Justification: Finally a mage who isnt worthless at backdooring and taking out towers. We have all wished we could use Lichbane on Ryze just that once so we can kill more then just champions. Now we have a chance.
Explanation: Towers are ultimately part of how a team can win or lose a battle. With all the towers down, you can have an easy time pushing your lane, spawning super minions and winning the game. However if a team has a team full of dedicated mages, or non AD carrys, it can be a lot harder to take down towers without bunching up in a group and focusing it, especially Early-Mid Game. The champ attempts to take down towers with high damage spells but no CC and extreme squishiness with no escape mechanism.
Also, can we make more then one idea per post, is there a time limit on putting your posts etc? I know there is on CAP, so just wondering.

In this thread, we will be discussing the concept and goal of CAC 1. Our champion will stick to this theme for the rest of the project. Here we will decide on what we want our champion to do in the metagame, or to put it more simply, what his niche or role will be.
Your concept MUST be a high-level description of a general idea. This thread is NOT a thread where you submit your own ideas for skills, champions, etc.
Did you catch that? Do NOT submit any specific ideas for skills or champions in this thread! That comes later.
That being said, the format you should use for your concept is:
Name: Don't get too clever with the name. If the essence of the concept is not intuitively obvious in the name, then you are hurting your chances of people understanding it. If the essence of your concept cannot be expressed in a few words, then you need to seriously re-evaluate your concept.
General Description: This is the official description of the concept, and must follow ALL the content rules listed above. Do not make this a long description. Long descriptions are invariably too specific or too convoluted. Keep it short. Any more than a sentence or two is TOO MUCH. Do NOT include your Explanation of the concept in the Description. See "Explanation" below.
Justification: Why introduce this champion? What positive effects would it have on the metagame? Would it allow us to learn more, or to introduce a new role in the metagame?

Justification: After the nerf to AoE teams, tanky DPS has been an extremely powerful force. Irelia, the recent FotM, embodies what it means to be a good tanky DPS. They are incredibly frustrating to take out, and deal enough damage to usually be able to take out the main carry of your team. A champion that can appropriately shut down these tanky DPS champs while still being alright in a team fight would be a welcome addition to carry-centralized teams.
Explanation: This champion would be able to stop a tanky DPS champ from steamrolling over your carry, either through direct support of the carry herself or by halting the tanky DPS completely.
