Well done on the guide! I don't play nor top lane often myself, but I have played both before and I was curious about when to go ? I know you mention as a cheater recall but I was wondering when you take over and in what situation you upgrade to in?

Cheatsheet

The cheatsheet looks very good, a few nitpicks:

There are no notes saying when to go one starting item over another.
Damage and magic resist block notes contain a bit too many stats/what the items do rather than blatantly saying when they should be build.
Patch 10.16 has landed today, so perhaps it is time to remove references to patch 10.5 in your notes.

Runes

Preseason was a long, long time ago, perhaps it is time to remove the reference at Conqueror and change the description.
The minor runes are a bit of jumble. Are there specific scenario’s where you take Presence of Mind over Triumph? Is it based on preference? Same for Legend: Alacrity vs Legend: Bloodline.
I think Last Stand is the superior choice over Coup de Grace. In close fights you’ll benefit more from the former and if you are already ahead you won’t need the damage from the latter.
Both Sorcery and Inspiration secondary feel more like a showcase of what possible secondary runes you can take on Fiora rather than an explanation on when to take what runes. Anyone can imagine which runes are useful, but not everyone (including me) can imagine when to take those runes.
You do not mention the rune shards at all.

Items

Wasn’t Manamune supposed to be combined with a specific rune page? Or is that rune page optional? If the rune page isn’t optional it wouldn’t make sense as you don’t know you’ll be ahead when choosing your runes.
It is worth making a separate subsection about component items. Think of Quicksilver Sash and Ravenous Hydra/ Trinity Force components. I can imagine that you do want to build certain components in certain matchups. If this is not the case then this won't be necessary.

Abilities

Show the combo in the fast fiora ult proc video above the clip, like you did at the fast combo fiora video.

Gameplay

Early game; freezing: ‘The amount of minions that the enemy laner should have is 2-3.’ This is a rather strange statement as the enemy laner needs to have 2-3 minions MORE than you do, which is definitely more than 2-3.

Presentation

The presentation is clean & beautiful, I do not really have anything to add here… Some stuff that Psi said is still relevant here, such as the grammar in the ability sequence section, ability tooltips and the tips & tricks header spacing.

This is a very good guide in terms of basics, aside from a few details it’s perfect. But beyond that, it kind of nibbles the surface of gameplay information. To elevate your guide from good to top-tier you could look to upgrade it with in-depth sections about stuff like warding (beyond laning phase), wave control, how to teamfight, target selection, how to properly utilize , walljumping, how to splitpush and whatnot. This can be a lot of work, so it is ultimately up to you to decide whether it is worth it or not! (I definitely think it is worth it :D)

Realy nice guide, but do you really use or like PTA or fleet footwork?..i Feel like it is useless on her, maybe fleetfootwork isnt too bad, but conq is still better

Build

Great descriptive notes for the rune pages in the cheatsheet. I'd love to see similar notes for the Summoner Spells to give people a quick idea of when to run TP vs Ignite.
Your situational items in both sections are pretty well explained, but unfortunately it's difficult to parse what's going on in the build from a glance. There will be some readers who either don't notice the Notes or don't have time to read all the details since they're in game or something. For these people, breaking up your situational items into smaller chunks could be useful. For example, you could group your CDR options since you want people to build at least one. Alternatively, if you always build either Sterak's or Maw, you could group those in their own category. Another way of doing it would be arranging them by priority, with a group of "standard" items like Death's Dance and Sterak's separate from a group of more situational picks like Mercurial. Sorta up to you how you want to do it, but I think this is the best place to improve your cheatsheet readability.
Gotta say, the Muramana build seems really strange to me. I'll be interested to see your explanation of the build in the guide proper.
Threats section seems quite good, though not every matchup has the same level of information. Filling this out a bit more in the future would definitely be a good goal.
Adding some synergies wouldn't hurt, even if it's only a few. Are there any champions that you really like playing with as Fiora. Maybe junglers that can help you out early or champions with waveclear that can ensure you can split safely?

Presentation

Don't have too much to say here, the visuals look great. Props to Jovy for the great looking graphics, as usual. :)
In your Itemization section, some of your items are a little too close together. The first 5 items are spaced well, then the rest are packed. They should be spaced similarly.
The descriptions for each of the items seem fine, but this section feels a little disorganized. Breaking the chapter up into something like "Core" "Standard" and "Situational" or maybe even more specific categories like "MR Options" would make it feel like it has more flow from topic to topic.
Your grammar in the Ability Sequence section took a bit of a dive it seems. Use the imperative rather than future tense since you're telling your readers what to do. For example, instead of saying "you will level Lunge first", just tell them to "level Lunge first". This paragraph also contains two run-on sentences. You should break them up into smaller sentences if you're going to jump topics. It might be easiest to simply scrap this paragraph and rewrite it from scratch. It's pretty weird, since this is the first time I've noticed any grammar issues in the guide.
I'm personally not a huge fan of copying over the ability tooltips (even though a couple of my guides still might have those), but if you're going to do it, you'll need to distinguish it from your own commentary by formatting it differently. Using color, size, italics or whatever else seems appropriate would be helpful for readers to realize where the tooltip stops and your content begins.
You need a bit more space around the Tips and Tricks subheaders for a bunch of these abilities. Try to match the spacing of the one for Lunge since that one looks good.
The presentation of the Early/Mid/Late Game chapters is pretty basic. It doesn't look awful but it's still mostly just a wall of text. I'll talk more about what you can do here in the Content section of the review, but keep in mind that any new content you add for these areas will need some visuals to go with the information.

Content

Your runes section as it is now is a good breakdown of the viable options for Fiora, and you have some matchup info sprinkled in there, but after seeing the cheatsheet what I'm really craving is a recreation of the actual rune pages you use for various matchups along with a list of champions that you'd use that page against. For example, you could show the Conqueror + Resolve page you usually run, then have the icons of all relevant matchups to use that page against just below it. If you have any minor adjustments (like Legend: Alacrity vs Legend: Bloodline) for individual matchups, or if any choices are preference-based, you could list the exceptions briefly below.
Not a fan of the summoner spell breakdown tbh. It seems like you don't recommend Ignite at all, but you still list it in both the cheatsheet and guide. You're well within your rights to just list Flash and Teleport. You can explain why TP is better than Ignite in the TP explanation. If I misread somehow and you DO think Ignite is viable, tell your readers when they should be taking it.
Your Manamune explanation is decent, but I think you're underselling how much of an innovation this build is. To my knowledge, Manamune is extremely rarely built by Fiora players, so you're essentially pioneering or popularizing it by pitching it as a potential early buy. I'd like a more comprehensive breakdown of Manamune as it compares to the standard build, along with maybe a stronger argument about why it's worth going for. You mentioned it gives more AD than other options once it's fully stacked, but what is your counterargument to the obvious "earlier power spikes means more pressure / carry potential" argument? Solo queue games are volatile, so if you want people to build Manamune before Fiora's core items, you need to do some more convincing.
Seems like you're missing some of the items in the Muramana build from the cheatsheet. Maybe a small subsection about Manamune and related items (like Black Cleaver and Frozen Heart) would be in order.
I think the biggest issue content-wise is the last few chapters of the guide. The information you have there is good, but there's a lot that can still be added. I'll give you some credit for having good matchups in your cheatsheet, but even assuming you won't be adding a matchups chapter outside the Threat meter, there are still other subjects that warrant a more thorough explanation (along with some gifs/clips/graphics that help demonstrate). For a new Fiora player, one of the most important things to learn is how to apply pressure through split-pushing without getting caught, which is only briefly touched upon. You mention wave manipulation and link a useful resource on it, but that's all the content for early game. You have some laning tips sprinkled throughout other parts of the guide, but this is a good opportunity to really demonstrate how to master the early game by trading, manipulating the wave and tracking the enemy jungler effectively. I'm not going to pretend these subjects are easy to tackle effectively, but this is the type of content that will turn your guide from "good" to "amazing". If you put the work in, I think it'll really pay off.

Overall, despite some misgivings about , this guide feels well-made and the builds & matchups look well-researched. My main gripe is that while it covers all the core subjects that a guide must cover, you don't have much meat to the guide beyond the build. Adding more gameplay content to teach readers how to play Fiora beyond the basic mechanics and build knowledge will bring your guide the rest of the way to becoming a really in-depth resource. This guide has a lot of potential so I hope you continue working on it and trying to make it the best it can be! :)

Very nice guide! What makes better than other skirmishers or bruisers like or ? How hard would you consider her to play, and how rewarding is she when played correctly? Also, what do you think about right now? It's really strong right now and seems to be a really good champion that can use it.

I really like your guide here on it gives some new players the basics and fundamentals on how to play the champ and it's pretty concise as well which is good. I love your little banners although they could look even better, but as of right now they're really cute. I have a question though, Do you think there is a possibility of one more keystone being a thing on or is Conq / Grasp the only ones & if so, why not mention it & why would it be good?
