Idk man... Wriggle lost all efectivness with this nerf, sure a small buff, but those champs such as Yi and Shaco need that extra Lifesteal to stay out their longer...

With the amount of stats it gave plus the Ward every 3 minutes honestly made it one of the most cost-effective items in the game.
So I'm shocked it made it this long. lol

All this could be fixed by simply changing the item effect to have a 20% chance to inflict 500 /magic damage/ on the targeted minion instead of physical damage. Silly Riot and doing things the hard way.
